Course Description
This is a 30-day Internship cum Training Program that combines 15 days of Online Design & Dynamics Training with 15 days of Offline Design, Validation, Fabrication & Testing. Participants have the option to attend the complete program either in an offline or online mode.
During this internship, participants will receive comprehensive training in various tools such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), and mathematical modeling to design a complete All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV). The program is structured to provide a hands-on learning experience, allowing interns to develop practical skills in ATV design and dynamics.
Course Overview:
The ATV Design and Dynamics Workshop is a comprehensive training program that focuses on the design, analysis, and optimization of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). This workshop provides participants with a deep understanding of the key aspects involved in the design and performance of ATVs, including chassis design, suspension systems, steering and handling, braking systems, powertrain and transmission, tires and wheels, electrical systems, dynamic analysis, testing and validation, customization, maintenance, and fabrication techniques. Through a combination of theoretical sessions, practical exercises, and hands-on projects, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to design and optimize ATVs for various off-road applications.

Upon completion of the ATV Design and Dynamics Workshop, participants will be able to:
