Abhishek Yadav having 5 years of standing at the bar and is known for his extensive litigation skills, research skills, organisational skills, management skills and also client interaction skills. I has been entrusted with conducting trials in criminal, civil and family courts.
I have been entrusted with out-station works, appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts of various States as also the trial, sessions and district courts apart from regularly appearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Criminal Courts, National Company law tribunal etc.
Recently invited as a judge in Bennett University in Moot Court 2023. Published Articles in various topics related to criminal and media law related topics. Participated and invited by various organisations for hosting seminars on criminal and allied commercial and mass media laws which is attended by eminent professionals like practicing Chartered Accountants and Lawyers.
